The Challenge Of The New

At times I wonder why things seem to be moving so slowly, or why the breakthroughs I expected have not come through. I do the work, attend the trainings, engage in personal development, focus, keep positive, and still things seem a way off.

And then all of a sudden something happens and it is like I am at a new beginning. and I realise that there is a process to go through. If I had started the way I was before I would have expected it to progress in a certain way. and that way had more than a taint of the old way of doing things.

I need to see there is more going on than what I realise. And that there is a need for something completely new to arise. Only then will I be fully satisfied with the outcome. Only then will I see really new things.

To keep going with what I already have will result in only a gradual or partial change. What needs to be seen is a radical and explosive change that will accelerate me into a hugely exciting future. Free from the limitations of past experience, failures and concepts.

So here it goes! Here's to the future! And here's to seeing you there!

Learnings From Wealth Dynamics

I can create wealth from nothing. Usually done in a networking situation, where two (or more) apparent zeros (nothings) will combine to create a wealth creation team (remember the doubling in the noughts and crosses game). The rules I have known may well change to get where I need to be. Once I find out where I need to be I may well need to go back where I came from, or part of the way, to get equipment and training to take me to the top.

BEING
My opening to wealth will come from sharing what I have to GIVE (rather than what I want to get) and from encouraging people I come across by giving them the confidence that I respect their confidential sharing to the circle of sharing, giving them responsibility to be responsible for their part and growing in both authority and excellence as I learn and practise.

Fortune can be defined in three ways – luck that happens to me as I go, the legacy I leave behind, and my timing through tuning into something before it happens.

Luck is being in the right location, understanding my role in the situation, connecting with the right people, and knowledge of what to do with the resources I have and find.

My USP or Station – Need to develop to a unique point who I am and what I stand for. The more unique I am, the stronger will be my personal attraction. To do so I need to refine and refine and refine my idea of it. All entrepreneurs have a base Trust of who or what they are. From this arise many businesses which will come and go with time. The businesses do not matter, the trust does. This needs to be my station. This understanding will attract the connections I need usually situated about three degrees of separation from where I am.

I can help myself on my way (shorten my journey) by learning to ask the right questions, knowing that if I am not getting the information I want and need it is because my questions are not focused or accurate enough.

Money flow can can increase as I build my trust – or how people trust me in my character and role. Need to learn to play in a game where the ball is being passed to me as I maintain my position. Do not go chasing wealth. Establish and function in my position and the ball will be passed to me and I can pass it on, knowing that wealth creation occurs as we pass the “ball” on.

Focus on my internal values – passion and talents, knowledge and network, character and purpose. Build these to increase my value and attraction.
